HBL Engineering reports strong results, reappoints chairman

HBL Engineering Limited reported total income of INR 60,733 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with consolidated income reaching INR 62,141 lakhs.

The board approved the re-appointment of chairman and managing director Dr. Aluru Jagadish Prasad for five years from October 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Under his leadership since 1989, the company has grown from INR 3 crores to INR 2,200 crores in turnover.

His proposed basic salary is INR 72 lakhs per annum.
