Syncom Formulations (India) Limited's board approved significant changes to expand the company's business scope into new sectors.

The pharmaceutical company will seek shareholder approval to amend its foundational documents, enabling it to manufacture and trade nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and health-related products.

The amendments also allow the company to enter real estate development activities, marking a notable diversification from its core pharmaceutical business.
