Lemon Tree Hotels announces major leadership restructuring

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced strategic leadership changes effective October 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Patanjali Govind Keswani will transition from managing director to executive director and chairman, while Neelendra Singh will be appointed managing director. Kapil Sharma will become executive director and chief financial officer.

The board approved selling 100% of its investment in Nettle Hotels Private Limited and Madder Stays Private Limited to subsidiary Fleur Hotels Limited. A reorganization committee has been formed to evaluate transferring the owned hotel business to Fleur Hotels Limited to accelerate long-term strategic growth.
