Jaykay Enterprises exceeds rights issue spending projections by 24%

Jaykay Enterprises Limited exceeded its rights issue spending projections by a weighted average of 24.17% in Q1 FY 2025-26, according to its monitoring agency report.

The company overspent INR 1.51 crore across two categories. "JK Defence - Other Miscellaneous" saw the largest deviation at 26.61%, utilizing INR 6.87 crore against an original budget of INR 5.43 crore. Issue expenses exceeded projections by 8.05%.

The excess spending was covered by funds allocated for general corporate purposes.
