Persistent Systems names new chief operating officer

Persistent Systems announced leadership changes effective August 7, 2025. Chief operating officer Dhanashree Bhat will depart on August 11.

Jaideep Dhok, previously senior vice president for banking, financial services and insurance, has been promoted to chief operating officer – technology from August 12. He will oversee delivery excellence, talent acquisition, learning and development, and alliances.

Chief financial officer Vinit Teredesai will additionally take responsibility for IT and ESG functions.
