Oswal Greentech auditors quit over fee dispute

Oswal Greentech Limited announced that its statutory auditors M/s Oswal Sunil & Company resigned on August 7, 2025, citing an "unviable fee structure" after an unsuccessful request for audit fee revision.

The auditors were originally appointed until the company's 2027 annual meeting but quit immediately after completing the statutory audit and quarterly review. No other concerns were raised regarding the company's management.
