Metropolis Healthcare revenue jumps 23% on acquisitions

Metropolis Healthcare Ltd reported 23% year-over-year revenue growth to INR 386 crore in Q1FY26, with EBITDA up 14% to INR 89 crore and profit rising 19% to INR 45 crore.

Growth was driven by consolidation of three recent acquisitions: Core Diagnostics, DAPIC-Dehradun, and Scientific Pathology-Agra, completed between March and June 2025.

Organically, revenue grew 13% to INR 355 crore with patient volumes up 7% to 3.2 million. The company added 12 labs and 80 centers during the quarter.
