Chalet Hotels revenue surges 146% to INR9.1bn

Chalet Hotels Limited reported revenue surging 146% year-on-year to INR9.1 billion for Q1 FY26, with consolidated EBITDA up 150% to INR3.7 billion.

Excluding residential sales, core revenue grew 27% to INR4.7 billion with EBITDA rising 37% to INR2.1 billion and margins expanding to 44.4%.

Hospitality segment revenue increased 18% to INR3.9 billion, with RevPAR up 10% to INR8,059 and average daily rates rising 17% to INR12,207. Rental portfolio revenue doubled to INR732 million.
