Adani Power wins 2,400 MW Bihar thermal project

Adani Power Limited won a Letter of Intent from Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited for a 2,400 MW thermal power project in Pirpainti, Bhagalpur.

The company's winning bid was a tariff of Rs 6.075 per unit under a Design, Build, Finance, Own and Operate model, with the first unit expected to be commissioned within 48 months.
