Keystone Realtors fined for dividend disclosure breach

Keystone Realtors Limited was fined INR 10,000 by BSE and National Stock Exchange of India for not providing prior intimation of a board meeting where a dividend declaration occurred.

The company said the dividend declaration was not originally on the board agenda but was decided based on independent directors' recommendations during a May 14, 2025 meeting.
