JB Pharma relocates headquarters, appoints new director

J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals approved relocating its registered office from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, subject to regulatory approvals.

The company appointed Ashwani Kumar Puri as an independent director for five years starting May 2025, and re-appointed chief executive Nikhil Chopra for another five-year term from October 2025.

Shareholders confirmed an interim dividend of Rs. 8.50 and declared a final dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share for the year ended March 2025.
