J.B. Chemicals declares Rs 15.50 total dividend per share

J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited shareholders approved all resolutions at the company's annual general meeting on August 6, 2025.

The company confirmed an interim dividend of Rs 8.50 per equity share and declared a final dividend of Rs 7.00 per equity share for financial year 2024-25, totaling Rs 15.50 per share.

Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Gaurav Trehan as a director with 76.99% of votes in favor, and the re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as statutory auditors with 89.65% approval.
