Fortis Healthcare reports 17% revenue growth in Q1

Fortis Healthcare reported consolidated revenues of INR 2,167 crore, up 16.6% year-over-year, with an operating EBITDA margin of 22.6% for Q1 FY26. Hospital business revenues increased 18.6% to INR 1,838 crore, while diagnostic business revenues grew 7.4% to INR 368.8 crore.

The company announced an operations and management services agreement with Gleneagles India and acquired Shrimann Superspecialty Hospital in Jalandhar, expanding its bed capacity in Punjab to approximately 1,000 beds.
