Yatharth Hospital auditors resign over fee cuts

Yatharth Hospital's statutory auditor M/s. R Nagpal Associates and its material subsidiary's auditor M/s. MAPPS & Company both resigned on August 5, citing inadequate remuneration.

The auditors said proposed fees were not commensurate with effort required to conduct audits under Indian standards, following discussions with management and the audit committee about significant fee reductions.

Both firms had terms running until 2026 but quit immediately after completing quarterly reviews for June 30.
