Kalpataru subsidiary sells shares to employees for SEK 35.8m

Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kalpataru Projects International Limited, agreed to sell 6,900 equity shares representing 3.45% of Linjemontage i Grastorp AB to identified employees and directors for SEK 35.81m.

The shares were priced at SEK 5,190.48 each, with payment due in tranches by March 2027.

Separately, the company approved granting up to 900 stock options representing 0.45% equity to beneficiaries, with the same exercise price. Options vest by June 2026, while share sale completion depends on registration of a share split expected by August 31.
