Bosch declares Rs512 dividend per share

Bosch Limited shareholders approved a final dividend of Rs512 per equity share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, at the company's annual general meeting on August 5.

The meeting also saw the re-appointment of directors Sandeep Nelamangala and Guruprasad Mudlapur, along with revisions to their remuneration terms.
