BLS International reports 44% revenue growth in Q1

BLS International Services Limited reported revenue from operations increasing 44% year-over-year to INR 710.6 crores in Q1 FY26. EBITDA surged 53% to INR 204 crores, while net profit grew 50% to INR 181 crores.

The growth was driven by organic expansion and consolidation of acquired businesses, including iDATA, Citizenship Invest, and Aadifidelis Solutions. The company maintained a net cash balance of INR 1,126 crores as of June 30, 2025.

BLS International has expanded its global footprint to over 70 countries, serving 46+ client governments in visa, consular, and digital services.
