Berger Paints revenue rises 3.6% despite monsoon impact

Berger Paints India reported consolidated revenue growth of 3.6% to ₹3,200.76 crores in Q1 FY26, with standalone revenue up 2.0% to ₹2,862.62 crores. The company gained market share, exceeding 20% among listed major paint companies.

PBDIT margins improved both sequentially and year-over-year despite heavy competitive pressures and heavier-than-expected monsoon impacting growth in May-June.

The company recorded an exceptional loss of ₹36.81 crores from a warehouse fire in Barasat, West Bengal.
