TeamLease adds 5,000 staff in Q1, revenue up 12%

TeamLease Services added approximately 5,000 billable headcounts in Q1 FY26, driving 5% year-on-year growth in general staffing. Overall revenue grew 12% year-on-year, while EBITDA surged 39%.

New client acquisitions accounted for one-third of general staffing additions, with 110 new logos added across all businesses. The Degree Apprenticeship business added about 1,700 apprenticeships.

TeamLease anticipates maintaining at least 30% EBITDA growth year-on-year for the remainder of FY26.
