Algoquant Fintech announces stock split and bonus shares

Algoquant Fintech Limited set August 18, 2025, as the record date for a stock split and bonus share issue.

Each existing equity share with a face value of Rs. 2 will split into two equity shares of Rs. 1. The company will also issue bonus shares in an 8:1 ratio, meaning eight new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 1 for every existing share.
