Mankind Pharma seeks promoter entities reclassification

Mankind Pharma Limited announced it has submitted an application to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the reclassification of Ayushi and Poonam Estates LLP from the "Promoter & Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category.

The move represents a potential shift in the company's ownership structure and follows a board meeting held in July.
