Sportking India increases renewable energy investment to INR 14.10cr

Sportking India Limited announced on August 2, 2025, a revision to its renewable energy investment, increasing the amount to INR 14.10 crores from INR 12.09 crores due to higher project costs.

The company will invest in Evincea Renewable Seven Private Limited instead of the previously announced Evincea Renewable Two Private Limited, following board decisions based on legal and regulatory considerations.

Sportking India will subscribe to 26% of the equity share capital to obtain solar power for its Punjab facilities.
