Ambuja Cements issues 8.7m shares after Adani merger

Ambuja Cements' finance committee approved the allotment of 8.7 million equity shares to shareholders of Adani Cementation Limited following their amalgamation approved by the National Company Law Tribunal on July 18.

The allotment increases Ambuja Cements' total paid-up share capital to 2.47 billion equity shares.
