Trident appoints former Coal India chief, ex-cricketer Kapil Dev

Trident has appointed Mr. Pramod Agrawal and Mr. Kapil Dev Nikhanj as additional non-executive independent directors for two-year terms starting August 9, 2025.

Agrawal, a former IAS officer, brings over three decades of experience and previously served as chairman and managing director of Coal India Limited. He currently holds directorships in Tata Steel Limited and Tata Power Company Limited.

Nikhanj, the celebrated former Indian cricketer and all-rounder, transitions his leadership skills from sports to the corporate sector, bringing entrepreneurial and strategic experience.
