Chemfab Alkalis Q1 profit jumps 37%, director resigns

Chemfab Alkalis Limited reported standalone net profit of INR 539.40 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, up from INR 393.06 lakhs in the preceding quarter. Total standalone income reached INR 8,863.76 lakhs, while consolidated net profit was INR 254.76 lakhs.

Mr. C. S. Ramesh resigned as non-executive and non-independent director, effective July 31, 2025, leading to reconstitution of various board committees including audit, nomination and remuneration, CSR, and stakeholders relationship committees.
