Abhishek Singhania increases stake in Jaykay Enterprises to 65%

Abhishek Singhania, Varsha Singhania, and their associates acquired 7.89 million equity shares of Jaykay Enterprises Limited through a preferential allotment in July.

The acquisition increased their combined holding from 62.89% to 65.13% of the company's total voting capital.
