Lemon Tree Hotels signs three new properties across India

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed license agreements for three new properties: Lemon Tree Hotel Surat, Lemon Tree Hotel Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), and Lemon Tree Resort Dalhousie.

The Surat hotel will feature 85 rooms, the Rudrapur property will offer 84 rooms, and the Dalhousie resort will include 75 rooms. The expansion targets growth in Gujarat, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.
