JK Cement launches eco-friendly cement reducing emissions 40%

JK Cement announced the launch of LC-3 Cement on July 30, 2025, becoming the first Indian company to commence commercial production of this product at their Mangrol facility in Rajasthan.

The new cement reduces CO2 emissions by up to 40% compared to Ordinary Portland Cement. The material composition includes 50% clinker, 30% calcined clay, and 15% limestone.

The launch targets major infrastructure projects across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh.
