Fortis Healthcare to alter debenture rights worth Rs 15.5bn

Fortis Healthcare Limited will hold a board meeting on August 6, 2025, to approve quarterly financial results for the period ended June 30, 2025.

The board will also address alterations to rights and interests of holders of 155,000 existing listed, senior, secured, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures, with a total aggregate value of Rs 15.5 billion.
