Zydus Wellness subsidiary wins Supreme Court case

Zydus Wellness Limited announced the Supreme Court dismissed a Special Leave Petition filed by the Union of India against its subsidiary, Zydus Wellness Products Limited.

The government challenged a Sikkim High Court order concerning denied budgetary support under the Goods and Service Tax Regime's budgetary support scheme. The denial followed Zydus Wellness's conversion from a partnership firm into a company.
