Veranda completes acquisition of K-12 learning subsidiary

Veranda Learning Solutions has completed the acquisition of the remaining 9.60% equity stake in Veranda K-12 Learning Solutions Private Limited for cash consideration.

The deal makes Veranda K-12 a wholly owned subsidiary of Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions Private Limited, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Veranda Learning Solutions.
