Oriental Rail promoter converts 1m warrants worth Rs169m

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited's promoter Mrs. Wazeera S. Mithiborwala converted 1,000,000 warrants into equity shares at Rs169 per share, completing her warrant program.

This follows her previous conversion of 6,500,000 warrants from an initial 7,500,000 allocation. She now holds 7,947,000 equity shares in the company.
