Greenply reports 48% quarterly profit jump to Rs 36cr

Greenply Industries reported profit before tax of Rs 36 crores for Q1 FY26, up 47.9% quarter-over-quarter and 5.9% year-over-year. Revenue grew 2.9% to Rs 601 crores.

The MDF business outperformed with 11.7% revenue growth to Rs 147.3 crores, while the plywood division saw minimal 0.4% growth to Rs 454 crores. Core EBITDA reached Rs 62 crores, representing 10.3% of revenue.
