Xpro India raises $15.2m from warrant exercise

Xpro India Limited allotted 240,000 equity shares at INR 975 per share to Smt. Vanaja Sundar Iyer following the exercise of warrants originally issued in January 2024.

The company received INR 1,521 lacs as payment, increasing its total paid-up capital to INR 23,47,03,910 comprising 23,470,391 equity shares. All warrants from the January allotment are now fully paid up.
