Torrent Pharmaceuticals announces senior management departures

Torrent Pharmaceuticals announced changes in its senior management personnel effective July 28, 2025.

Jinesh Shah, a senior management personnel member, resigned to pursue personal aspirations. His resignation follows his earlier decision to step down from the whole time director position in July 2024.

Ashish Hajarnis also ceased to be part of senior management due to a change in reporting structure. The company stated responsibilities are well aligned with a smooth transition in place.
