Sterlite Technologies posts INR 72cr net loss despite INR 4bn revenue

Sterlite Technologies Limited reported a consolidated net loss of INR 72 crores for FY25 despite revenue from operations of INR 3,996 crores and EBITDA of INR 452 crores.

On a standalone basis, the company posted revenue of INR 2,215 crores with a larger net loss of INR 127 crores.

The board recommended no dividend due to the losses. Key appointments included Mrunal Asawadekar as company secretary and Ajay Jhanjhari as interim chief financial officer.
