NIBE partners with Elbit Systems for rocket launcher production

NIBE Limited has entered a strategic technology collaboration agreement with Elbit Systems Land Limited to manufacture and supply the Universal Rocket Launcher (SURYA). The advanced defense system can engage targets with precision over a range of up to 300 km.

The collaboration marks the first time such a sophisticated system will be produced in India, targeting both domestic and international markets. The SURYA features autonomous operation, automatic targeting, and enhanced mission readiness through dual Launch Pod Containers.
