BMW Industries reports 12.5% revenue decline amid expansion

BMW Industries Limited reported total income of ₹15,354 lakhs and PAT of ₹1,520 lakhs for Q1 FY26, with revenue declining 12.5% year-on-year due to a 45-day customer shutdown.

The company commissioned two new tube mills and a 1.28 MW rooftop solar installation at its Jamshedpur facility, increasing tube manufacturing capacity to 600,000 MT.

BMW Industries is proceeding with Phase 1 of its greenfield expansion in Bokaro, Jharkhand, with the first plant expected to begin operations in FY26. The project costs ₹803 crore.
