Bharat Parenterals appoints new director as Sanjay Shah resigns

Bharat Parenterals Limited announced that Sanjay Shah has resigned as a non-executive, non-independent director, effective July 28, 2025, due to personal commitments.

The board has appointed Alkesh Shah as an additional director in the same capacity, effective the same date, subject to shareholder approval. Shah is a chartered accountant with 39 years of experience in taxation, audit, accounting, and finance.
