Arvind SmartSpaces revenue jumps 37% to ₹102 Cr

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited reported Q1 FY26 revenue growth of 37% year-over-year to ₹102 Cr, with Adjusted EBITDA increasing 205% to ₹24.5 Cr. Profit After Tax rose 159% to ₹12 Cr.

The company recorded bookings of ₹175 Cr and collections of ₹191 Cr for the quarter. Net debt turned negative at ₹50 Cr as of June 30, 2025, from positive ₹27 Cr three months earlier.

Arvind SmartSpaces plans to add new projects with cumulative revenue potential of ₹5,000 Cr across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
