Anup Engineering reports 33% revenue growth, proposes ₹17 dividend

Anup Engineering Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹732.8 crores for FY 2024-25, marking 33.1% year-over-year growth. EBITDA increased 30.3% to ₹165.2 crores, while profit after tax rose 14.3% to ₹118.3 crores.

Exports constituted 65% of revenue. The company's acquisition of Mabel Engineers and commissioning of Phase 1A at Kheda contributed to revenue growth.

The company recommended a final dividend of ₹17 per equity share and proposed enhancing borrowing limits to ₹1,500 crores to support future growth initiatives.
