Aeroflex Neu corrects convertible warrants allotment error

Aeroflex Enterprises Limited corrected a typographical error regarding its subsidiary Aeroflex Neu Limited's convertible warrants allotment. The amount was incorrectly stated as "Thirty-Six Lakhs" instead of "Seventy-Two Lakhs" in words, while the numerical figure ₹72,00,000 remained unchanged.

Aeroflex Neu Limited allotted 7,200,000 convertible warrants at ₹90 per warrant. Each warrant converts into one equity share of ₹10 face value. Aeroflex Enterprises subscribed to 3,600,000 of these warrants.
