SBFC Finance grants 50m stock options to employees

SBFC Finance Limited announced the approval of 49.97 million stock options under its stock option policy, convertible into an equal number of equity shares with a face value of INR 10 each.

The exercise price will be the average closing price over five trading days preceding the grant date. Options vest after a 12-month cliff period, with full vesting completed over 48 months from the grant date.
