Newgen Software posts 20% revenue growth, proposes dividend

Newgen Software Technologies reported consolidated revenues of INR 14,869 million for fiscal 2024-25, marking 20% year-on-year growth. Performance was driven by 41% growth in license revenue and 25% increase in implementation services.

Annuity revenues reached INR 8,337 million, accounting for 56% of total revenues. The company added 62 new clients and expanded its high-value customer base to 87 clients with billing over INR 50 million, up from 65 previously.

The board proposed a final dividend of INR 5 per equity share for fiscal 2024-25.
