Hind Rectifiers considers fundraising via preferential share issue

Hind Rectifiers Limited will consider a proposal for fundraising through a preferential issue of warrants to "identified persons" at its board meeting on July 29, 2025.

The initiative is based on a valuation report and requires regulatory approvals and shareholder consent. The board will also address convening an extraordinary general meeting or postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for the fundraising proposal.
