Aurum PropTech reports 29% revenue growth in Q1

Aurum PropTech reported 29% year-on-year growth in total income to ₹77 crore in Q1 FY26. Rental revenue increased 31% to ₹48 crore, while distribution revenue grew 36% to ₹19 crore.

Profitability improved significantly, with adjusted EBITDA margin up 395 basis points and profit before tax margin rising 852 basis points year-on-year.

The company approved acquiring a 100% stake in PropTiger, making REA India a 5.5% equity shareholder. AMSA received official registration for its small and medium real estate investment trust.
