Adani Enterprises partners MetTube for copper tube expansion

Adani Enterprises will divest 50% stake in subsidiary Kutch Copper Tubes Limited to MetTube while acquiring 50% stake in MetTube Copper India Private Limited.

The transactions, formalized July 24 through share purchase and shareholders agreements, aim to expand copper tube business and reduce India's import dependence in HVAC and other critical sectors.
