Sigachi Industries opens new API R&D center

Sigachi Industries Limited will begin operations at its new R&D center in Hyderabad on July 28, 2025, targeting development of high-value Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for global markets.

The center will focus on key molecules including Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate, Rivaroxaban, and Bempedoic acid, with commercialization and regulatory filing dates ranging from August 2025 to July 2026.

The facility will employ 32-35 R&D scientists and support end-to-end API development from lab-scale innovation to commercialization and global regulatory filings.
