Hi-Tech Gears reappoints family leadership, adds new directors

Hi-Tech Gears reappointed Deep Kapuria as executive chairman, Pranav Kapuria as managing director, and Anuj Kapuria as executive director for three-year terms starting October 1.

The company also appointed Ramakrishnan Ramanathan as independent director for five years and Vijay Mathur as whole-time director for three years, both effective July 24.
