Deepak Nitrite revenue rises 8% to Rs8,282 crores

Deepak Nitrite Limited reported consolidated revenue of Rs8,282 crores for FY 2024-25, an 8% increase from the previous year. The company recorded consolidated EBITDA of Rs1,176 crores and net profit of Rs697 crores.

The company advanced key strategic initiatives, including a Rs8,500 crores investment in its polycarbonate resin facility at Dahej, with commissioning targeted for Q4 FY 2027-28. The Nitric Acid plant and Hydrogenation/Nitration units are slated for commissioning in H1 FY 2025-26.

A final dividend of Rs7.50 per equity share was recommended.
